Privacy notice

What we record

When you submit the contact or private-client form, we store your name, email address, chosen subject, optional market, and message in our database. When you request the newsletter, we store your email address.

Why

To read and respond to your enquiry, and to record your interest in the newsletter. Contact and private-client enquiries are forwarded to info@spotblue.com using Web3Forms. No automatic confirmation email is sent to the person submitting an enquiry. Newsletter email delivery is not currently active.

Email processing

Web3Forms processes your enquiry details to deliver the email. Its servers are located in the United States. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your message. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its processing information.

Anti-spam

An invisible proof-of-work check (ALTCHA) runs in your browser to reduce spam. It does not track you across sites.

Browser storage

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-Z5ETRQMDJN) only after you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand page visits and how readers use the site. Google may process analytics data outside the UK. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses or messages to Google Analytics, and Google advertising features are disabled.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. You can decline analytics without affecting the site, or change your choice using Cookie settings. See our cookie notice and Google’s privacy policy.
