Monaco enters 2026 with prices still advancing — annual prime growth of +2.1% on our Index, against a twelve-market average of +3.2%. The highest prime values on earth, in two square kilometres.

At roughly $58,200 per square metre at the top decile, Monaco sits near the top of the global table. Branded stock commands a premium of about +18% over comparable property here, and the very best assets take a median 214 days to sell.

The drivers are familiar and durable: scarcity of genuinely prime stock, an internationally mobile buyer base, and a flight to assets that hold value when the mainstream wobbles. Read Monaco alongside the other eleven markets in the full LPM Prime Index.
